COMMUNICATION FLOW BETWEEN GENERATIONS: GEN X AND GEN Y IN BARANGAY BAGONG SILANG, MT. MAKILING, LOS BAÑOS, LAGUNA

Abstract:

The study focused on the communication flow between Gen X and Y in Bagong Silang, Los Banos, Laguna. It aimed to: 1) determine the characteristics of Gen X and Y; 2) identify the communication media use by Gen X and Y; 3) determine the
personality differences affecting communication flow; 4) determine the communication flow; and 5) assess the communication flow between Gen X and Y. There were six participants consisting of three females and three males representing the two generations. In-depth interview, key informant, and review of documents were utilized.
