Abstract:

Hot Spud, a combination of Asian and Italian food,  introduced three different flavors to choose from: sautéed beef with scallions, chunky chicken with Hungarian sausage, and beefy pizza. It was served  with mashed potato filled with the any of  the three flavors, topped with mozzarella cheese, and wrapped with wanton. The business envisioned to become an    established store in the local market by  consistently producing potato-based fusion food and delivering outstanding service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
