The study sought to establish the performance indicators of the Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology program learning outcomes through the mapping of CILOs and available practice standards; content validation and reliability testing. Further, it sought to assess the level of achievement of the said PLOs by the alumni from first batch A.Y 2013-2014 to fifth batch A.Y 2017- 2018 using the aforesaid relevant performance indicators and strengthened by relevant statements of their employers and supervisors. The study determined the profile of the respondents according to sex at birth, year of graduation, years of professional experience, area of practice or specialization, nature of institutional affiliation, and compliance to the 15 CPD units per year. There were 79 indicators under the five Program Learning Outcomes: 14 indicators for PLO 1 “Acquired and developed the knowledge of the various physical principles involved in diagnostic imaging and therapeutic applicationâ€, 16 indicators for PLO 2 “Developed awareness of the risks involved in the application of various radiant energies (e.g x-rays) to humans for diagnostic, therapeutic or research purposes and ways of minimizing such risksâ€, 20 indicators for PLO 3 “Developed the skills of proper positioning of patients in the different procedures called for in any particular study employing appropriate exposure factors to achieved desired resultsâ€, 16 indicators for PLO 4 “Acquired and developed the knowledge, attitudes, values, and skills necessary to contribute to the overall social, mental, and physical health of the community and countryâ€, and 13 indicators for PLO 5 “Responded to the technological advancement in the field of Radiologic Sciences thru research and continuing professional developmentâ€. The obtained overall mean self-assessment ratings of the alumni for PLO 1, PLO 2, PLO 3, and PLO 5 were very highly achieved while PLO 4 were highly achieved. The grand overall mean depicted PLOs were very highly achieved. There were no significant differences found among the responses of the alumni respondents except when they were grouped according to the year they graduated, particularly along with PLO 3 and PLO5 performance indicators dealing with the elements of interprofessional collaboration, research and innovations. This was strengthened by supporting significant statements from supervisors/employers emphasizing skills on different special Program Learning Outcomes of the BS in Radiologic Technology at the University of Makati procedures/modalities, soft skills like leadership & management; research, innovations and continuing professional development. The researcher recommends the implementation of the action plan as a basis for CQI of the BSRT program at the University of Makati and other universities/colleges offering the same. Also, the utilization of the PLOs with relevant performance indicators as a basis for developing competency and practice standards for the Radiologic Technology profession is recommended.
