Covid-19 (2019 novel coronavirus or 2019-nCoV) and tuberculosis are a few of the most relevant diseases in today’s time. Because of the current circumstances, collecting samples has posed significant obstacles in the diagnosis and treatment of Covid-19 and Tuberculosis. This study utilizes original and full-text articles to investigate the biomarkers in saliva that would point out the diseases listed above. To evaluate article with accuracy, the researchers use the RevMan5 Tool and PRISMA. This research aims to emphasize the effects of biomarkers found in saliva and utilize them as a diagnostic tool in detecting Covid-19 and tuberculosis. The study proves that salivary biomarkers are an effective diagnostic of Covid-19 and Tuberculosis.
