This feasibility study aimed to give consumers an innovative choice in grocery shopping with the establishment of a convenience store with drive-thru. The researchers analyzed data about the present marketing condition to know the potential of the store if it would be established. The researchers used descriptive and quantitative method in analyzing the data from surveys, market study, demand and supply projections, presentation of financial statements and analysis, and break-even points. The survey conducted had 714 respondents that were divided into two groups: drive-thru respondents (399) and walk-in respondents (315). The researchers found that a convenience store with drive-thru has a high demand in the area, which is Bucal Bypass, not only because it is new, but also because of its added feature that focuses on convenience. The researchers also found out that the store would be competitive because of its demand from the survey plus the add on, which is the drive-thru that is new to the industry. Hence, future researchers may further explore the potential of having a convenience store with drive-thru. They may also analyze the business and formulate or create more strategies for the development of this business.
