IRR for the Implementation of the BS in Radiologic Technology Online Internship Program

Aldrin A. Mendoza

Abstract:

The study sought to establish indicators for the achievement of clinical education and the level of achievement of clinical education using ILOs. The study further assessed the mean level of achievement of the ILOs from batch 2019 who had their internship on-site and batch 2020 BSRT alumni who had internships virtually using indicators and strengthened by their relevant and significant statements. The study determined the profile of the alumni respondents according to sex at birth, age, GWA, and Batch graduated. The overall mean self-assessment rating of batch 2019 was 3.46 with an interpretation of “Very Highly Achieved” while the overall mean self-assessment rating obtained for batch 2020 was 2.85 “Highly Achieved”. Overall, the obtained mean self-assessment rating when batch 2019 and 2020 merged was 3.07 “Highly Achieved”. The researcher recommends the implementation of the proposed action plan as the basis for the CQI of the clinical education and utilization of the ILOs indicators basis for the continuous objective and specific identification of the areas for improvements and utilization of the innovative and technologically advanced system, equipment, and modalities.
