Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to find out how they allocate their monthly income, according to their spending pattern among the employees of Pamantasan ng Cabuyao. The researchers choose financial planning as the basis of the study to give information about the accumulation of savings of the fulltime and parttime professors. It also conducts a study of the inter-relationship between the various steps that can help understand how financial planning can affect an individual’s savings plan.
