The PNP is currently facing challenges and problems in the delivery of Police services in the community. This study is a descriptive survey to determine and compare the level of community satisfaction on the services of Salaam Police Center in Davao City. Muslim communities were just moderately satisfied of the Salaam Police Center services to the Mosque (church) and School based activities and Organization of Council of Imams. There was a significant difference in the level of community satisfaction to the Salaam Police services when they were grouped by age, civil status, secular educational attainment and ethnic affiliation. This implies that younger respondents, 21- 30 years old, manifest higher level of satisfaction than those who are 51 years old and above. Those who are single, and in college, are more satisfied than those who are married and in high school. They have the same level of satisfaction when grouped by Islamic educational attainment.
In view of the findings an enhancement program for the Salaam Police Center is developed for implementation to the activities of the Mosque and Madrasa base, Organization of Council of Imams and Muslim NGOs, and the Continuous Information and Education campaign.
