Abstract:

The tracer study is essential in every institution because it gives connection between the Institution and the graduates. This study aims to monitor the succession of every graduate under the institution. Tracer's study is an approach which is widely being used in most organizations especially in the educational institutions to track and to keep record of their students once they have graduated from the institution. It is the follow-up of graduates of higher education or institutions. Another aim of this study is to evaluate one's progress up to the time he or she gets a job. It assesses the convenience and quality of graduates.
