Estilo ng Pagtuturo ng mga Guro sa Asignaturang Komunikasyon at Pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Filipino at ang Antas ng Aktibong Motibasyon ng mga Mag-Aaral sa Pribado at Pampublikong Mataas na Paaralan sa Lungsod ng Trece Martires

Abstract:

Ang edukasyon ay isang pundamental at mahalagang aspeto ng buhay ng bawat isa sa atin. Ito ay nagbibigay daan sa pag-unlad, pag-usbong, at paghubog ng ating pangkalahatang kaalaman at kakayahan. Sa bawat hakbang na ating tinatahak sa larangan ng edukasyon, tayo'y nagiging mas mapanagot na mamamayan, mas malikhain na lider, at mas ganap na indibidwal. Ang dekalidad na edukasyon ay partikular na tumatalakay sa mga isyu tulad ng naaangkop na pag-unlad ng mga kasanayan, kagamitan na pang-turo, at kasanayan ng mga guro. Ayon kay Mahaguay (2020), dinadala ng edukasyon ang tao sa lalong kaaya-ayang kalagayan; adhikain ng pagkatuto na para sa laging ikauunlad ng tao. Ang pag-aaral na ito ay naglayong alamin ang kaugnayan ng estilo ng pagtuturo ng mga guro sa asignaturang komunikasyon at pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Filipino at ang antas ng motibasyon sa mga mag-aaral sa mataas na paaralan (pribado at pampublikong paaralan) sa lungsod ng Trece Martires. Ang mananaliksik ay gumamit ng deskriptib/ korelasyonal na paraan ng pananaliksik. Ang mga respondente ng pag-aaral ay binubuo ng mga 100 na guro na respondente at 100 na mga mag-aaral sa mataas na paaralan (pribado at pampublikong paaralan) na may kabuuang 200 papulasyon ng respondente sa lungsod ng Trece Martires na nakatala sa Taong Panuruan 2023-2024. Ang bilang 132 ay nakalkula gamit ang Raosoft Sample Size Calculator. Batay sa mga nakalap na datos, ang mananaliksik ay nakabuo ng mga sumusunod na konklusyon. Ang pagsusuri sa mga guro bilang mga respondente sa larangan ng Asignaturang Komunikasyon at Pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Filipino ay nagpapakita ng pagiging representatibo ng sample sa iba't ibang aspeto ng kanilang personal na buhay, tulad ng edad, katayuang sibil, antas ng edukasyon, at taon sa serbisyo. Ang mga natuklasan na ito ay nagbibigay daan sa masusing pang-unawa sa pagiging heterogenous ng mga guro na kalahok sa nasabing pag-aaral, na may magkaibang pananaw at karanasan sa larangan ng edukasyon.. Mabisa" ang mga estilo ng mga guro sa pagtuturo ng asignaturang Komunikasyon at Pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Filipino. "Madalas" na antas ng pagkakaroon ng positibong pananaw at dedikasyon ng mga mag-aaral sa kanilang pag-aaral sa asignaturang Komunikasyon at Pananaliksik sa Wika at Kulturang Filipino. May makabuluhang pagkakaiba sa mga estilo ng pagtuturo ng mga guro batay sa kanilang edad. Mayroong makabuluhang pagkakaiba mga estilo ng pagtuturo ng mga guro batay sa katayuang sibil ng mga guro. Mayroong makabuluhang pagkakaiba ang mga estilo ng mga guro ayon sa kalagayang edukasyon ng mga guro. Mayroon makabuluhang statistical significance sa lahat ng mga estilo ng pagtuturo maliban sa “Facilitator na estilo” kung saan hindi ito makabuluhan iba sa pagitan ng mga taon sa serbisyo ng mga guro. Walang makabuluhang kaugnayan sa pagitan ng estilo ng Pagtuturo ng mga Guro at Antas ng Aktibong Pagganyak ng mga Mag-aaral.
