Mga Tingog Gikan sa Ilalum: Pagsusuri sa Oryentasyong Panlipunan ng Departamento ng Filipino at mga Wikang Banyaga Gamit ang Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) Model

Abstract:

Nilalayon ng pag-aaral na ito na suriin ang disenyo, implementasyon, at epekto ng isinagawang oryentasyong panlipunan ng Departamento ng Filipino at mga Wikang Banyaga ng Unibersidad ng Silliman, katuwang ang Little Children of the Philippines Foundation, Inc. Gamit ang deskriptibo-ebalwatibong disenyo ng pananaliksik, nalikom ang mga datos mula sa 43 mag-aaral na nasa hayiskul at kolehiyo sa pamamagitan ng talatanungan. Sinuri ang mga datos gamit ang prikwensi, porsyento, CIPP Model nina Stufflebeam at Shinkfield (2007), at Reflexive Thematic Analysis nina Braun at Clarke (2019). Batay sa resulta, lumitaw ang positibong pagtanggap ng mga kalahok sa paksa, gayundin sa paggamit ng wikang Filipino at Negrenseng Bisaya bilang midyum ng oryentasyon. Naging malinaw sa mga kalahok ang layunin at daloy ng mga gawain, na nakatulong sa pagpapalawak ng kasanayan sa pagbasa, pakikinig, at malikhaing pagsulat. Ang mga temang umusbong ay pagkatuto, pagpapahalaga, at pagpapahayag ng sarili. Batay sa natuklasan ng pag-aaral, inirerekomenda ng mga mananaliksik ang pagbubuo ng kontekstuwalisadong balangkas ayon sa CIPP Model upang higit na mapabuti ang disenyo, implementasyon, at pagtataya ng mga community-based orientation program sa pamamagitan ng makabuluhang paksa, kumprehensibong pagsasanay ng tagapagdaloy, sistematikong paggamit ng lokal na wika, at empirikal na pagsusuri ng ibinunga sa kasanayan at pag-unlad ng kabataan.
