Abstract:

This study evaluates the levels of awareness, acceptability, and alignment of the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO) of Bohol Island State University (BISU) among its stakeholders. Data were collected using researcher-developed questionnaires administered to 644 randomly selected students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders of the BISU Calape Campus. The study employed a descriptive research design, with data analysis conducted using means and other statistical tools. Results indicate that BISU's VMGO is effectively communicated and implemented, particularly in the areas of dissemination and awareness. However, there is a need for greater student involvement in the VMGO formulation and revision processes. Recommendations include enhancing the integration of the VMGO in educational practices to foster deeper engagement and alignment.
