The study examines the extent of effectiveness of Personality
Development 1 Program of the first year BS Nursing
students of Brokenshire College in the School Year 2008-
2009. The study determines the effectiveness of the program through
the following criteria: attainment of the general objectives, experiences
of teaching and learning, learning from the module, participation and
performance, demands of the subject, overall effectiveness of Personality
Development 1 Program in comparison with the students’ Self-Rating
Performance. Further statistical treatment reveals that the criterion on
Demands of the Subject is very effective while the other criteria are
found to be highly effective.
