The study evaluates the effectiveness of the Personality Development 2 Program. Some criteria used in evaluating the program are perceived to be essential occurrences within the program itself. The students’ self-rating performance provided an addendum to the framework to investigate the validity of the responses of the Sophomore BS Nursing students. The descriptive comparative study reveals that students rated highly effective on attainment of objectives, and participation and performance. The experiences of teaching and learning, demands of the subject, and learning from the module’s extent of effectiveness resulted to a lower rating than the optimum. This is consistent with the thematic suggestions of students for the program’s improvement.
