For the following very interesting account of a late eruption of the Volcano of Albay, the editors of the Commercial Advertiser are indebted to the politeness of Capt. Bailey, of the schooner Cintra, who arrived on Monday, in 110 days from Manila. This volcanic mountain is situated in the province of Camarines on the southern part of the Island of Luzon or Luconia, one of the Philippine Isles in the Indian Ocean.
