Developing an Ideal Organizational Culture

Teresa C. Del Castillo

Discipline: Economics, Business

Abstract:

A man's capability to satisfy his needs is limited: he is physically limited to cope with environmental problems, e.g., bad weather, geographical distance, and scarce natural resources; he is likewise limited in his intellectual capacity. Quite too often, he does not have the required abilities to originate, create, analyze, utilize and store all the data needed to meaningfully live in the present-day complex world Certainly, people need others not just to become fully functioning members of society but to complement each other's limitations and increase each other's capabilities to overcome problems. Also, they bind together and join forces to gain some kind of physical, personal or economic advantages.
