System Factors as Predictors of the Level of Implementation of the Ancillary Services Program of Davao Doctors College: Basis for an Enhancement Program

Abstract:

This study aimed to determine the system factors as predictors of the level of implementation of the Ancillary Services Program of Davao Doctors College as basis for an enhancement program. Survey questionnaire was used as instrument of data collection. In all the eight system factors, there is a statistically significant difference in the ratings of the service recipients and service personnel on the extent the system factors have been observed in the institution. The findings indicated that the assessments of the service recipients on the extent of the system factors were significantly lower than the assessments of the service personnel.
