The researchers used Random Sampling Technique to select the respondents who will answer the prepared questionnaire. The results of the study established a relationship among the demographic profile of the respondents to their levels of knowledge, awareness, and compliance. Correlative results between levels of knowledge and awareness to level of compliance were also established and showed a strong relationship among variables. The results of the study can be beneficial to the general public to promote public safety, awareness, and improvement of the road transport system in Davao City.
