Abstract:
This study provided a comprehensive understanding of the organizational culture of select private schools in Bangbon,
Bangkok, Thailand. The socio-demographic profile of respondents displayed diverse experiences and roles, ensuring
a well-rounded perspective. The assessment of organizational culture through the Denison Model and Competing
Values Framework revealed both strengths and areas for improvement, indicating a balanced focus on stability,
collaboration, and innovation. Interview responses further resonate within the voices of the organizational members.
The challenges of unclear organizational culture and communication barriers are voiced by respondents. In conclusion,
this study not only provides an in-depth comprehension of the organizational culture within select private schools but
also underscores both strengths and areas for development. The culture, characterized by its balanced focus on
stability, collaboration, and innovation, holds immense potential. The implications of this study extend beyond its
academic confines. The findings offer a guiding light for strategic interventions aimed at elevating the nuanced
organizational culture. By doing so, we can positively influence the overall effectiveness of private schools in
Thailand. In the words of a respondent, "We must embrace the openness to learn new cultures and accept differences
in the world." This inclusive mindset, coupled with effective communication and strong leadership, charts a promising
course for the transformation of organizational culture in these institutions.
