Abstract:
This study aims to determine the influence of teachers' empathy on pupils' learning achievements in Mindulean Elementary School, Division of Gingoog City. The study was conducted with twenty-five (25) teacher respondents who completed the Teaching Empathy Survey. The extent of teachers' empathy was rated as highly practiced, with a mean of 4.12 (SD = .385). It was found that the majority of the pupil respondents have excellent academic performance, having passed the assessment and performing better in line with the required competencies. It is suggested that school principals and School Administrators, aside from encouraging effective teaching strategies, also promote lifelong learning by assessing the extent to which teachers' characteristics facilitate their ability to deal with diversity. Effective collaboration during conferences is crucial for enhancing learning outcomes.
