Jocelyn T. Arcillas, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts, major in English from St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur in 1993, is a PRC-Licensed Teacher. She obtained her Master of Arts in Education degree, major in English, from the Philippine Christian University in 1999, and has earned 33 units required for the completion of the degree, Doctor of Education at the same University. Ms. Arcillas has been a full-time faculty member of the HSS Department of TIPQC since November 1994, before she became the Chair of the HSS Department in June 2006.
