About:

Arch. Leodegario V. Manuel, Jr. is a BS Architecture graduate of the Manuel L. Quezon University in 1985, and a PRC-licensed architect and Environmental Planner. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines. Architect Manuel is a full- time faculty member of the Architecture Department of TIPQC since November, 2002.
